Meet Dr. Haynes and Belnap
Dr. Trevor Haynes
Trevor Haynes, DPM, FACFAS, FACPM is a board-certified Podiatrist who has been practicing in Portland since 2018. Prior to Portland he worked for Avera Medical Group in Brookings, SD. He specializes in minimally invasive foot & ankle surgery and treatment for heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, nail fungus, and flat feet. His practice principle is to treat every patient like family.
Dr. Haynes received his Bachelor's degree from Weber State Univeristy (Dame Time University): He majored in Microbiology and minored in Chemistry. Prior to podiatry school Dr. Haynes also attended graduate school at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Haynes earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He then successfully completed his 3-year residency training in Houston, TX.
Our Locations
Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of our office operations. We have a offices in Sandy, Portland, King City, and Canby. To ensure your convenience, please call us for an appointment and provide your insurance information beforehand. We will do our verify your insurance benefit plan before your arrival. All minimally invasive surgeries are done at our Portland office.
